Pocket Playbook started as a group chat where a few of us kept swapping screenshots and arguing about which mobile game was worth the storage space. At some point we figured we might as well write it all down properly, so here we are.,Everybody on the team plays. That sounds obvious, but a lot of guides online are clearly written by someone who watched a trailer and nothing more. We install the game, sink real hours into it, hit the same walls you do, and only then write about how to get past them.,We pick games across all sorts of genres. Some months it's a chunky strategy game, other times a silly little arcade thing that hooks us for a week. We avoid anything built around gambling mechanics because that's just not what we're about. We want games you play, not games that play you.,Nobody pays us to say nice things. If a game drags in the middle or the controls feel mushy, we'll tell you. That's kind of the whole point.
